Are we allowed to display our designs on our own portfolios? #copyrights

I read through the official rules and couldn't find anything on this.

Also, say we were to design a logo for a theme only for display purposes, since the user would most likely change it to something else. Do we as designers retain rights to that logo or are all rights transferred once the theme is submitted?

Would appreciate it if someone can clarify these as well as any other relevant info regarding copyrights as I feel it's something all participants would be interested in.

Thanks.

Anyone?

Hey John! Here’s how we expect this to work. Third-party designers can submit their own unique and original designs for inclusion in our theme directory.  If we include your design, you retain your ownership rights in that design, which means you can display the design in your portfolio and retain rights in your art assets, such as a logo.  We do require a license to your design, so that Ning is able to offer your designs to Network Creators to use and modify as necessary on their Ning Network. Let me know if you have further questions about this. :)

Perfect. Thanks, Shali!
