new ning designs

I have a question. When switching over to ning studio... does the members of the site still have free design capabilities on their page or they force to the change.

I only want to use it on the main page. Is that possible.

Under Dashboard > Members > Controls, you'll find an option "Allow members to adjust their My Page layout". Check that and you should be good to go!
