In the list of 88 acceptable fonts for competition purposes, all of them require you to upgrade to a 'personal' typekit plan. These start at $25 per year.

Presumably if you do not want to pay the $25 you can use standard web fonts, even though these themselves are not on the list of 88 acceptable fonts?

Some clarification on this point would be nice.

Thanks

Hey! To clarify, there are definitely fonts in the list of 88 acceptable fonts that exist in the Typekit "Trial Library" package, however you're absolutely also free to use standard web fonts. Hope that helps!

Ha, thanks Kyle.

Bizarrely when I was investigating this earlier i must have clicked on at least 8 fonts, all of which required the upgrade. So I assumed they all did. My bad.

Thanks for clarifying.
