No Bullets in my Theme?!

I use the Outspoken Yellow theme for my site MyInternational.Biz. When I am entering the text or editing it, the bullets show up great, but when I publish it, there are no bullets! I love bullets. Is this something that is supposed to be this way for this theme or is it a glitch in the theme? Warmly,SusanSee More
